I searched online for one I could just e-mail her, but found many of the designs to be busy, too involved, or the wrong size/shape. I wanted something simple that children would “get”. So, using handy dandy Microsoft Clipart, this is what I came up with late last night. These are nothing fancy, but they get the message across.

There are blanks for the child’s name and birth date, so that you can work them up in advance, and pass them out as the child’s birthday approaches. (This way, if they’re not in attendance one week, you can save it and easily remember for whom it was intended the next time they’re in Primary.) I’ve made them small (and gender neutral), to help keep them cost effective if you choose to print in color.

If you’d like to use them in your own Primary, please help yourself! :) Just download the PDFs by clicking on the images above. After you’ve printed them out, simply trim 0.5” off all the way around your standard page (8.5” x 11”), and cut them down to size (2.5” x 3.75” each). Please note that the dotted border is not a cut line, you’ll be slicing through the middle of the empty white spaces (just use a paper trimmer – it’s the easiest way). :)
