ABC has announced that Jason Mesnick will be the new Bachelor. Yippee yay! Here's hoping he won't come across as shallow as the rest of them... he was one of my favorites this past season.
The Bachelor will air beginning in January 2009.

I HATE that he is doing this and leaving his kid - again!
I agree... he shouldn't be leaving his kid again. Seems like there are way better ways to meet people these days that he wouldn't have to resort to being the Bachelor, but if there was ever going to be a Bachelor I actually liked, it would be Jason.
